Imagine the horror of progressive Democrats will feel knowing former US President Barrack Obama hired a complete Information Operation (IO) team to destroy their base. The IO team, initially comprised of over 40,000 foreign operators was hired through the State Department and let loose on dissenting Democratic Party members long before they set their sights on Donald Trump.
That foreign operators worked with US Intel community leaders cutting the nation in half irrevocably to chop dissent out of Obama’s own party will soon be a matter of record for you. I offer a look inside the callous and nuanced program Obama used to divide the American people permanently and march it toward civil war.
In this article, you’ll find the Obama-Biden-DNC leadership plan to destroy the progressive side of the party carefully overlaid on the events of the last six years.
The only word that comes to mind describing the strategic vision, logistics, planning, implementation, and support that went into what’s going on today is elegance.
Your freedom of thought, freedom of speech, and freedom of political will are now in the accounts payable section of a spreadsheet. That is their only value.
Obama’s story goes far beyond the concept of corruption. President Obama used the entire government at his disposal to make this happen. Below, the proof of that is appallingly clear.

Below, the means and methods employed, tools used, federal government agencies and departments colluding, as well as public and private companies, lobbies, and personalities working in a very integrated and managed series of events.
The phrase Information Operations (IO) should be foreign to most people. This phrase or its abbreviation, IO, shouldn’t have a place in the American lexicon. But it’s the key factor to understand the world around you today.
Information Operations has nothing to do with the information itself. IO is about controlling how you feel about information and creating emotions so deep-seated, you’ll break off all long term relationships with friends, family, work, and social relationships and never look back.

It is defined as the ability to make audiences “think and act” in a manner favorable to the mission objectives. IO catalyzes core emotional responses that feed on your lost relationships to justify your position. Think about it. If you walked away from a 20-year friendship because of the 2016 election, this is your story. This is what happened.
In the summer of 2016, Obama was on the way out. Nothing to get excited about there. Clinton was winning. Clinton lost.
The hate and rage you feel today isn’t about Putin or Russia. Everything implicating them in anything to do with 2016 fell apart. Within a few months, every new accusation will fall away. Will it matter?
The primary sources for most of the information against Donald Trump and other Americans like you started with the Obama administration hiring subcontractors to fabricate it.
Your political rage has nothing to do with you supporting Democratic values. It was never about supporting Clinton or a Biden who couldn’t be a candidate in a normalized society…anywhere.
This particular IO brilliantly set up a perfect storm in your psyche. The hot political divide in America is based in the emotional response custom-designed for different groups at individual levels so the response equates with your own self-identity. That’s the psyche breaker.
This sets the stage to open the even bigger story for the first time because this piece sets up most of the chessboard.
Current Democratic Party leaders haven’t embraced what’s known as the Deep state, they are the candidates and officeholders the deep-state produces. Millions of progressives are being purposefully disenfranchised and because of this. They don’t fit the new party profile.
Culling the herd of outliers of progressive or centrist political thought stood against the Obama administration’s aggressive foreign policy direction became the first step. This was going to culminate in a Clinton presidency. As a candidate, she already earmarked progressives among the deplorables. Today, Joe Biden is the continuation of this.
The Obama administration and its allies did not pull the greatest IO project the world out of the air like magicians. This takes years of planning and preparation. The IO was already wildly successful in its first iteration training America’s sights on the line item known as Russian interference.
Beginning in early 2015, a small plot change was added to tear the fabric of America. Barrack Obama catalyzed the Democratic Party into a nationalist organization that moved away from progressive and centrist positions.
The enemy of the true nationalist is never the enemy without. You can never have enough of those. The enemy of the true nationalist is the enemy within because only party members can usurp your political platform and remake your party.
Baseline: The DNC-Deep State war on Progressives-Centrists started 2 ½ years before the war on Donald Trump
When the 2014 coup in Ukraine and the subsequent war began to be reported in centrist-progressive-libertarian media for what it was, the administration contractors began a process of branding journalists and publications as anti-American Russian controlled propagandists.
This was added to the opening strategy of accusing Russia of everything planners could imagine building the metadata in media and the internet which made Russia culpable for everything. By skillfully pinning every horror Ukrainian neo-nazis committed on them or obfuscating the events, any journalist associating Ukraine with any crime was in danger of having their reputation or platform destroyed for being Russian trolls, Russian paid, or Russian controlled.
In October 2015, the shift to the election occurred and the Sanders Campaign became the first target.
As the coup strategy is opened up in its 5 part plan detailed below, only slight modifications were implemented going into and after the 2016 election to generate the hate and political fallout the US faces today. The war on Progressives-Russia became the war on Russia-Trump. Everything was carefully coordinated at all levels. This became the basis of Donald Trump’s impeachment.
Journalists and analysts I’ve come to respect fell into this trap. Everyone agrees that specific events happened. They were reported. But each event is looked at as a standalone and not a part of a series.

The list can go on and on. Using a point by point basis of what is well known, I listed the reasons why every Democrat is sure Donald Trump is evil. Russia is evil. But it only works if you reverse the true and false of what is commonly known and reported.
In October 2016, the war switched gears. This is detailed in point 3 of the IO plan below. I am certain the company running Obama’s war knew in October Hillary Clinton was going to lose the Electoral College and the general election. You’ll read later how they knew this.
In late October they made two attempts to incorporate the group they could not get behind Hillary’s campaign to be part of the war on a president-elect Trump. There is no other reason for them to take the steps they chose.
This began the October 2016-Spring 2017 nonstop blitz in the news of Russia-Trump, traitor-Trump, evil-Trump, allegations, and accusations. This campaign was designed to shock the senses of the progressive holdouts and get them behind the Obama-Biden-DNC IO to destroy the nascent presidency and make it tread water.
Trump was never accused in court or at his Impeachment hearing of domestic crimes. The simple reason is he could and would have to provide evidence. Trump could not provide evidence of a collusion accusation when the relationship didn’t exist.
Why it was set it in motion in this direction is answered with a brief timeline. The Obama administration had concerns that went way beyond Wikileaks' initial release of Clinton’s emails in March 2016. March 31st- Papadopoulos attends a national security meeting with Trump and other campaign advisers. He tells them he has connections that could help arrange a meeting between Trump and Putin.
June 9th -The Trump Tower meeting took place between Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, and Paul Manafort with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya.
June 12 Wikileaks releases 2nd tranche of Clinton emails
Crowdstrike announces Russians hacked DNC
Given the illegal wiretaps at the Trump tower following this, the meeting with Veselnitskaya may have caused the concern. Veselnitskaya wanted to pass information about Bill Browder and over $200 million in stolen Russian tax money. During the timeframe the Browder story took place, Obama appointed Michael McFaul ambassador to the Russian Federation and feigned signals a regime change was being attempted. This event was the spark for every crime following it and was the catalyst to overlay a new political paradigm.
Why June 2016 was the point of no return
“If the U.S. government had come out and done what they did in December 2016 [in releasing an intelligence-community assessment on the interference] in July, it would’ve had an even bigger effect,” said Dmitri Alperovitch, the Russian American founder of the cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike, which was brought in by the DNC to analyze the hack.”- the Atlantic
And then the December 2017 interview by the House Intelligence Committee with Shawn Henry, CEO of Crowdstrike clarified by saying there was never evidence the Russians did the DNC hack. Never was any. This stunning information was released on May 13, 2020. How much influence did this have on all preceding events?
Alperovitch wanted to change the election outcome based on his lies. This falls under the legal definition of political terrorism. Because of Crowdstrike, the entire political process in 2016 was cast in doubt beginning in the primaries with Sanders and ending with the impeachment of Donald Trump.
Crowdstrike, along with the DNC, and the former Obama administration were actively working to topple the presidency of Donald Trump after the election along with some of their biggest investors.
The real action at the June 2016 Ukrainian White House Meetings
The meetings between Ukrainian delegations and Joe Biden that came up recently in media are not where illegal planning to derail Donald Trump was born. While those meetings were going on mainly to support a Ukrainian women’s leadership conference, an Alexandra Chalupa operative and Obama subcontractor Christina Dobrovolska was quietly meeting with the mind behind it all.
Dobrovolska , a Ukrainian, was the US State Department subcontractor behind the Ukrainian side of the IO that made Russian election interference the topic for the last 4 years. This same Obama administration contractor led the Ukrainian IO team Harding built in 2014–2015 to support Ukraine and as Oppo researchers for the DNC and Team Clinton under Alexandra Chalupa.
Dobrovolska took the Ukrainian delegation to Albany, NY to meet Ukrainian-American OUNb leaders. This is where the rehire of Joel Harding took place with Diaspora leaders led by Nestor Paslawsky, nephew of WWII OUNb Nazi torturer Mikola Lebed.
Why Joel Harding?
I first came across his IO operation in Ukraine at its official rollout in February 2015 when he wrote Ukraine’s Information Policy and set up Ukraine’s Ministry of Information. He was hired to develop Ukrainian IO groups like Stopfake, InformNapalm, and their subgroups which include the DNC hackers.

The Obama administration chose Ukrainian Intelligence and Information Operations groups StopFake and InformNapalm along with member groups Ukraine Cyber Alliance and CyberHunta from 2014–16 to provide all the information that would be the only actionable intelligence for Ukraine in the US at the highest level. Part of this was because the Ukrainians had a prepackaged 2016 election interference story ready in 2014–15.
From 2014 onward, Shaltay Boltay (Humpty Dumpty) was one hacking and IO unit inside the larger group of Ukrainian IO operatives working inside of Obama administration subcontractor group that set up the Ukrainian coup, Russian interference story, a murder and intimidation ring, and finally worked directly trying to oust Donald Trump.
In reality, working with Obama administration contractors, the IO methods and tools used in the US were being developed for implementation for a whole nation beginning in 2011 at the latest. This timeline shows that progression. The Terrorists Among US — The Coup Against the Presidency
By shifting the effort to the US, on day one there were over 60,000 dedicated professionals and volunteers that took the Russia, Russia, Russia story and superimposed it on the election.
By this time Harding and IOTA Global had already trained government agencies and private concerns in 5 countries to build the anti-Russian IO. When NATO COE STRATCOM was getting ready to come online to support Ukraine, it was Harding’s IO group that trained them.
By early 2016, they took this already smooth-running operation back to the US where it originated and permeated US media and politics.
Inside Obama’s coup on Donald Trump’s presidency
According to Politico “In an interview this month, Chalupa told Politico she had developed a network of sources in Kiev and Washington, including investigative journalists, government officials, and private intelligence operatives. While her consulting work at the DNC this past election cycle centered on mobilizing ethnic communities — including Ukrainian-Americans — she said that, when Trump’s unlikely presidential campaign began surging in late 2015, she began focusing more on the research, and expanded it to include Trump’s ties to Russia, as well.”
In November 2015, Alexandra Chalupa brought the Ukrainian IO team onboard specifically for Information Operations in the 2016 election for the Obama administration, Team Clinton, and the DNC. The Ukrainians had been doing Oppo research until this point.
Milestone November 2015 “I am building a database of planners, operators, logisticians, hackers, and anyone wanting to be involved with special activities I will call ‘inform and influence activities’. I have received a few different suggestions to help organize operations — of all sorts — against anti-Western elements. No government approval, assistance or funding. This skirts legalities. This is not explicitly illegal and it may not even be legal, at this point. That grey area extends a long way. One month later in January 2016, Alexandra Chalupa kicked off the Information Operation by claiming to be hacked by Russia.
The following lays out the strategy, means, and tools employed to overthrow the US government. This IO strategy is then matched precisely against events that have happened, are happening, and consequently will happen in the US.
Once the precise match is made including precursors, the ramifications are today’s nightmare.

But IO cannot and will not work without including the rest of the government, not in peace, crisis, or even war. I recently sat down with some friends and we discussed information operations at a higher level, at the governmental level.
All levels of Obama’s government and agencies were and are involved. Carryovers from the Obama administration, State Department, and ODNI are involved. Otherwise, it could never have taken off at all. So says the man who designed it.
To make it work, Harding’s existing IOTA Global IO teams have to take center stage and make it look like organic information is being discovered. The following is how the strategy is summarized. Then a point by point match up to events exposes the major players and their roles in the ongoing coup are made.

Understand this for what it is, the real-time progression of an IO operation from 2013 implementation in Ukraine finding its almost final fruition in the US.

1.Information Operations.
The integrated employment, during military operations, of information-related capabilities in concert with other lines of operation to influence, disrupt, corrupt or usurp the decision-making of adversaries and potential adversaries while protecting our own. This will include Department of Defense, to include Cyber Command and the CIA. Most important about this category is these are the only entities that may conduct offensive operations; they can break things.
This is an outline of the US Information Operation coup against the presidency. What you should take away is how the protests, riots, and news flow is the same as the 2014 Ukrainian coup. These same Information Operations teams started working on the election in late 2015. They carried over the same groups working on the Ukrainian project which started in late 2013.
This section includes who hired them.
2013- When the violence first started in Kiev, it was reported that police attacked student protesters. The attack was instigated by the Ukrainian ultra-nationalist group Right Sector (Pravy Sektor) attacks on police. They blended into the students. All of the news channels are owned by the oligarchy in Ukraine that was overthrowing Victor Yanukovych.
2014- Joel Harding, US Intelligence, and private security companies started work informally by guiding the initial engagement of the IO media operation. They built the story of spontaneous protests and a glorious revolution while a very bloody coup ensued designed to rip democracy from Ukraine and replace it with the same Nationalist fascism rearing up under the protests in America.
· #Digital Maidan- Alexandra and Andrea Chalupa pushed the Ukrainian coup into major media and started the funding drive providing the bullets and weapons brought in as part of the larger group Harding worked with. The same methodology is used again in 2017–2020 to kick-off the coup against Donald Trump.
· The nationalists took advantage of a real student protest by instigating police violence.
· The nationalists attacked riot police while blended in with protesters and publicized the outcome.
· Mothers and fathers of the students that were beaten by police in response to the bricks nationalists threw at them came out to protest.
· Nationalist war veterans were brought out to “protect” the protesters.
· All of this was carefully choreographed to blend organic responses inside the insurgent coup.
· Ukrainian nationalists drove from city to city swelling the numbers of violent protesters and silencing dissent to their political program with violent displays.
· The Ukrainian slogan “Russia on the knives” was played in media as “Russia is attacking us” even before the so-called pro-Russian Ukrainian President was deposed.
· Spokesman for Maidan-Harding’s IO campaign demanded that the operation look and feel as organic and spontaneous as possible. He chose 17-year-old Sviatoslav Yurash, a boy declared a dreamer by Andrea Chalupa as the spokesman for the revolution. He started eurmaidanpr.com under Harding’s tutelage and you can find Harding’s advice in the older version of site comments. This boy started as the spokesman for Arseniy Yatsenyuk, V. Klitschko, and Oleh Tygnybok. He was also the spokesman for a Harding favorite, Dimito Yarosh- leader of Pravy Sektor’s violent nationalists. If you were big media, you talked to him. In section 2, you’ll find out how this was possible and what happened to media in the US.
· Harding and his employers supplied all international media outlets, support, and PR worldwide.
· StopFake and other Atlantic Council projects started. The importance will be felt in 2016.
· Harding’s protégé, Yurash became the official spokesman for the Ukrainian Army, and later the World Ukrainian Congress Diaspora’s representative in Kiev. More importantly, the groups he started became the basis of US Intelligence in Ukraine and figure prominently in the US Interference and hacking stories from 2016 until today. A 17-year-old boy framed the Russia, Russia, Russia story that became the violent Antifa protests in the US. He is currently a Ukrainian Rada member and advisor to Ukraine’s Zelenskiy. His position on violent Ukrainian nationalism has only deepened.
· Maidan protesters were fed stimulants and psychotropics to increase violence levels
· Protesters were paid daily in cash by the people fomenting the coup
· The level of violence peaked where the only answer was military solutions and Obama warned any answer would be met by a swift response internationally. At the peak, random police officers were being hunted, tortured, and murdered in their homes
· Nationalists sent videos to Crimea and Donbass showing brutal murders of those that opposed them.
· The loss of Crimea was predetermined and part of the IO. Crimea could not be kept. In 1991 they voted for secession. In 1995, they voted for secession. The nationalists warned if they didn’t line up, they would be slaughtered. In February 2014 busloads of Crimeans were stopped, tortured, and slaughtered by Pravy Sektor. The survivors were told to bring the message that the nationalists were coming to Crimea. Pravy Sektor loaded an entire train with armed nationalists going to Crimea. Crimeans went out to meet them. Pravy Sektor was warned and got off the train ahead of time. The message was sent. The message was clear. This is why Crimea seceded. The IO leaders knew trying to hold Crimea would result in their loss of the country. Their plan was to drive it into Russian sanctions instead.
· The dates the Ukrainian nationalists choose to begin the war in April and May coincide with the dates Hitler’s Reich was overthrown in each city. Every city was taken this way. Unarmed civilians were shot and tortured.
· The IO shifts into high gear and paints the May 2nd Odessa massacre of Ukrainians who wanted a referendum to federalize the Ukrainian government so they would be protected from nationalist attacks. All it amounted to was an appeal for state’s rights. It was turned into a Russia, Russia, Russia attack on the new Kiev.
· Russian criminal group Shaltay Boltay joins Harding’s IO teams in Ukraine (CyberHunta) and fabricates all the information known about the St. Petersburg Internet Troll Farm.
·May 5, the Donbass referendum for federalization happens. The leaders demand that Kiev talks to them to preserve Ukraine.
· June 2, 2014- Ukraine attacks the Lugansk Oblast Administration building with air to ground missiles. This was and is the center of civilian government. The IO covers up the attack in western media.
· Media blitz every week about the Russian invasion that never happens.
· July –December- Malaysian flight MH-17 shot down on July 17. Joel Harding and Steve Tatham’s IOTA Global formally start work under this banner. Harding brings in Elliot Higgins who has been spinning news quietly until this point. Bellingcat started as part of Ukraine Ministry of Information IO team. Details in point 2. IO keeps the Russian invasion story in news to get US Congressional support for funding.
· Ukraine’s nationalist volunteer battalions’ murder, rob, and rape civilians to keep the war going.
Jan 2015-October 2015- This was where the IO team got its experience, expertise, and motivation forming what would become the 2016 Russian Influence and hacking story.
· In January 2015 Andrew Aaron Weisburd was brought on board to crucially develop the Russian influence story, accuse people of working for Russia, and provide the basis to blackball media and influencers.
· The IO teams are public/private working under the Ukrainian government auspice set up for them.
· Harding’s Ukrainians set up the Myrotvorets center and Weisburd educated them on geolocating anti-nationalists, and journalists for execution. InformNapalm gets pushed into NATO circles.
· Myrotovrets starts adding foreign media, journalists, and public figures to its hit for hire list.
· Bellingcat pushed into media for 2 of Harding's projects- Syria and Ukraine.
· Andrew Chen story about Shaltay Boltay’s Troll Factory sets up narrative and Mueller indictments later
· Ukraine’s Myrotvorets unit starts building targeting lists using Harding’s people. Bellingcat and Andrew Weisburd provide geolocating information and techniques to target civilians.
· February 2015- Bellingcat and InformNapalm target soldiers in trenches for Ukrainian artillery using journalist video.
All of this was done using the Obama administration subcontractors.
Developing Fake News
In early 2015, Harding defined propaganda as anything his customers didn’t want to be written. Journalists, public figures, and news platforms had to be censored out of existence. They were to be branded as traitors to the US and Russian agents. First on his list was former US Congressman Alan Grayson. This was strictly limited to groups and people questioning his narratives about Syria and Ukraine.
· Using the list developed by Andrew Aaron Weisburd the list of Russian agents expanded to over 200 news and analytical websites that were for the most part progressive Democrat, Libertarian, or centrist in view. Many investigative journalists like Robert Parry were put on this list.
· Websites of IO accused Russian agents are hacked and defaced.
· Complaints registered to social media companies to ban sites or cut advertising revenues.
· Social media companies overloaded with complaints about influencer accounts from paid IO operators.
· Companies were founded to work as subcontractors for Harding’s employers to deplatform influencers and journalists from social media.
November 2015 Harding’s Ukrainian government IO team is formally on board as Oppo researchers. This includes the Mueller indicted DNC hackers working under the Obama subcontractors.
· Milestone November 2015 Ukraine’s Information Policy Advisor to the Minister Dmitry Zolotukhin met with his US counterpart, team representative Bellingcat Aric Toler. In the notice above which was prepared by his office, it is noted Bellingcat’s Aric Toler is working in an equal capacity to him in the USA. One of the Media Development Center’s sponsors is NATO. It is a project of the US Embassy in Kiev because of the association with the embassy’s diplomatic paper, the Kyiv Post.

· October 2015-November 2016- Chalupa’s research team formalized with Harding’s IO team in place for the election. News for Ukraine diminishes. Harding IO group’s Russia, Russia, Russia story goes to the US in time for the election.
· January 2016- Alexandra Chalupa — DNC Team Clinton Oppo research head opens saga with the Russian hacking tale of her email account.
· Crowdstrike introduced accusing Bernie Sanders of hacking Clinton. Sanders branded Russian agent by Ukrainian American Clinton advisor Adam Parkhomenko.
· March- Wikileaks announces Clinton's email release and the IO team’s Russia, Russia, Russia story goes into overdrive. We’ve covered this part above.
June 2016- Harding and his IO team are rehired pushing Russia narrative in media and social media.
· Obama uses soft power extensively throughout the election through the Department of State. Explained in Point 2.
· September 2016- Obama tells Putin to stop hacking…
· November 2016- Donald Trump wins the general election
Alexandra Chalupa covered the bases of a Trump win setting up the beginning of a color revolution in the United States the same way she did in Ukraine. Mainstream media that mattered was already on board. Point 2 will clarify that.
· November 2016 Harding assembles a team for Trump project.
· November 2016 Propornot appears using media blacklist provided by Joel Harding and Aaron Weisburd. The list consists of over 200 websites, social media influencers, and journalists who wrote against the Chalupa-Harding IO on Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Donbass, Obama, and Hillary Clinton. Most of the listings are Democrat Party supporters.
· According to Weisburd- These countries account for 81% of all the Kremlin Trolls and their engaged followers. The top five countries alone account for 58%. That the USA is ranked first came as something of a surprise. Detailed analysis is ongoing, and I’m unlikely to share the findings publicly.”

November 2016 Harding’s Ukrainian IO teams (StopFake, Bellingcat, etc) become Google, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media fact-checkers (read censors). This pushes the Treasonous Trump, Russian collusion, Impeach Trump, protest Trump stories to the top of the news cycle constantly long before the inauguration.
· Google starts taking away advertising income from progressive-centrist news and websites that did not support Clinton, challenge Syria and Ukraine narrative, challenge emerging Russia influence story.
· Deplatforming companies hired for social media by IO funders. Large scale social media bans began to destroy all oppositional voices.
· December 2016 Barrack Obama and his administration along with the DNC openly pushing IO hack narrative.
· CIA Director John Brennan on board with James Comey saying the FBI agrees with the CIA’s conclusion that Russia’s goal was to help Mr. Trump win.
January 2017 The ODNI starts pushing the hacking and Russian influence IO narrative.
· January 1 Obama expels 35 Russian diplomats with no warning over IO hack of DNC. This sets up a foreign policy problem for Trump’s incoming administration.
· January 6- The ODNI Report used Harding’s IO team almost exclusively as the source material it was based on. 16 Intelligence agency heads were signed on and gave support by supporting the fabrications in the report. Clapper’s report was a who’s who people involved putting the hack together as well as the Russian influence narrative. Here is a source example, also a protégé of Harding and Andrew Aaron Weisburd after they de-platformed an analysis site from Paypal, essentially defunding the site to support their own commercial operation and political aims of their employer.
· January 10- The Steele Dossier was published. Steele was tasked by contractors for the Hillary Clinton campaign in spring 2016 with assembling a summary of Trump-Russia allegations.
The timing of the Steele Dossier being fabricated matches up exactly with the Trump Tower meeting with Russian lawyer Nataliya Veselnitskaya who was also a Fusion GPS client.
· Christopher Steele’s Russian source, Igor Danchenko, is Ukrainian-Russian as predicted. Steele cobbled together the dossier accusing the President of the United States of deviancy and collusion with a foreign power in less than one month based on lies, fabrications in an effort to destroy the presidency of Donald Trump.
· January 20- The inauguration of Antifa into American politics occurs. Antifa torched a limo with a person of color in it. The anti-Trump protest was marred by distinctly Ukrainian and Ukrainian Diaspora paid players. The next article (Antifa) will cover this in spades. The marches inaugurated the boots to ground approach the IO would prepare for 2020.
From then until now, every event of the next 4 years depended on the same IO teams. Robert Mueller’s investigation relied on them to the point his cases against the Russians was thrown out for lack of evidence.
In the end, the IO planners were open about their tongue in cheek victory. Their operation to shake the American psyche was a success. In reality, they wanted the Russians reacting and denying everything the planners tabled. The more Russians talked among themselves, the better the news cycle went. As Russian frustrations build, the opportunities presenting themselves with reactionary statements skyrocket.

The Obama-Biden administration literally turned over an arm of the US government to the IO manager representing private lobby groups that are now destroying the US in 2013. The following shows the heads of the ODNI agencies, DOD, policymakers, Department of State, and the private deep state led by corporate giants like Chertoff Group and Crowdstrike played a central role the whole time under Harding’s lead.

This was at the same specific time-frame Ukraine’s ultra-nationalist Pravy Sektor leader started preparing for the winter coup. It is no secret Harding’s favorite Ukraine group Right Sector (Pravy Sektor) was and is instrumental to Harding’s success in Ukraine.
The Obama appointed BBG governors were and are still deeply involved according to Harding’s requirements. Only this time, they direct their work at the US.
Armstrong’s BBG bio reads “an author, lecturer, and strategist on public diplomacy and international media. He has worked on traditional and emerging security issues with both civilian and military government agencies, news organizations, think tanks, and academia across several continents.”
IOTA Global Control of the US Mainstream media narrative
What it doesn’t say is Armstrong is not only coup planner Joel Harding’s best friend, Armstrong brought Joel Harding in as an advisor to the BBG under John Kerry.
IOTA Global teams literally designed the US media narrative for Ukraine, the 2016 election, and the still ongoing coup against US President- Donald Trump.
In 2017, at the time of Donald Trump’s inauguration, BBG Governor Matt Armstrong hastily quit and moved to non-extradition Switzerland.
2016’s Ukraine Influenced election and persecution of Donald Trump
According to the BBG website-The Board is composed of nine members with expertise in the fields of mass communications, broadcast media, or international affairs. Eight members are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. The ninth, the Secretary of State, serves ex officio.
The BBG members consisted of network heads and owners across the spectrum of media. They decide and control the US narrative abroad and in the US itself because as network owners and influencers, they decide the media fit to print and on the air. The board was appointed by President Obama and the ex-officio board position was held by the Secretary of State, John Kerry under Obama.

The BBG also decides which media platforms and whose lives to destroy. The BBG are not security experts. They lean on advisors like Joel Harding for that. Harding worked to destroy RT. Harding worked hard.

RT, formerly known as Russia Today, has been labeled a threat by Andrew Luck, the brand new CEO of the US Broadcasting Board of Governors or BBG.
RT has been aggressively expanding in the past year, with a budget expansion up to nearly a half a billion dollars. So RT decided to spin-off Sputnik News, who has been aggressively attacking the news world with what can only be called Russian propaganda.
Because of these hyper-aggressive tactics, RT has been labeled one of the BBG’s main challenges.
Not completely unrelated, Russia has often been mentioned as a candidate for being named a terrorist state, primarily because of their support for the terrorists in East Ukraine and their actions in Crimea. Ukraine called them terrorists and their campaign to free East Ukraine were called Anti-Terrorist Operations. Russian Information Warfare activities would therefore be accurately labeled, supporting terrorist activities.- Joel Harding
This was done while Harding with Ukraine’s Information Operation Ministry and groups. This is the narrative that was picked up across all media during this period.
Since Armstrong worked directly with Harding until 2017, let’s look at a current member after reforms took place. If the IO and a coup were still in progress at least some of them have to be tied into the IO group at different levels to make the coup and IO effective.
According to a May 2016 Politico article, “Karen Kornbluh is helping refine and to get Hillary Clinton’s message out. ” All of them are names to watch if Clinton wins — and key jobs at the FCC and other federal agencies are up for grabs.”
The message she was getting out was the Russian interference and collusion lie the Harding’s IOTA Global team was building.
WASHINGTON, DC — The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) is pleased to announce that Ambassador Karen Kornbluh will join the organization as director of the technology policy program and senior fellow, leading GMF’s newly created technology policy program.
Kornbluh is still a member at the revamped BBG as the ambassador to the German Marshall Fund and its internal group, the Alliance for Securing Democracy, both of which are a who’s who of groups trying to destroy the presidency today from the Intel community perspective.
According to an article Kornbluh helped author in 2019, “The first volume of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report notes that “sweeping” and “systemic” social media disinformation was a key element of Russian interference in the 2016 election. No sooner were Mueller’s findings public than Twitter suspended a host of bots who had been promoting a “Russiagate hoax.”
When you read the article, Kornbluh’s primary sources for information are Harding’s Ukraine IO team in Kiev. Kornbluh and the BBG governors involved in the IO for Ukraine took the foreign operators influence back to the United States and had no issue influencing the election. After Clinton’s loss, it was turned on the nascent presidency of Donald Trump.
In August 2017 Politico wrote“To help illuminate the issue, the Alliance for Securing Democracy recently unveiled Hamilton 68, an interactive dashboard displaying the near-real-time output of Russian Influence Operations on Twitter — or RIOT, if you’re a fan of on-the-nose acronyms. The dashboard is the product of a research collaboration that includes me, Clint Watts, Aaron Weisburd, Jonathon Morgan and the German Marshall Fund.”
That’s all well and good except the Hamilton 68 proved to be a simple keyword scraper that was scrapped after it caught fellow IO member Bellingcat. The Hamilton 68 is geared toward American journalists and social media influencers so they can be branded Russian influencers and de-platformed.
Today, Karen Kornbluh is Director of Technology Programming at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, a think tank dedicated to finding Russian trolls in cyberspace. The German Marshall Fund subgroup, Alliance for Securing Democracy has former Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff its board of advisors.
So, what? That’s the natural question. It’s only social media.
FitzGibbon Media was a high-powered left-of-center PR firm working for major liberal clients like MoveOn.org and Planned Parenthood founded by Trevor FitzGibbon. Trevor FitzGibbon was a former state-level communications director for President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign.
What happened to Trevor FitzGibbon and hundreds like him answers that question in a chilling fashion. FitzGibbon owned the PR company that supported Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, and Edward Snowden.
Having built a reputation as one of the top PR companies in the nation, he unknowingly crossed swords with the Information Operation because one of his clients was Julian Assange who he was effectively defending.
The first rule of Information Operations is to stop information-fratricide from happening. This is when two influential sources on “your side” which is the DNC are saying opposite information regarding a person or event the IO needs to control. The IO needed to control the information in the media about Julian Assange. Fitzgibbon’s PR company could make that impossible.
The solution is as you’ll see shortly for planners in their own words to destroy the credibility and reputation spouting conflicting information.

Fitzgibbon was accused of sexually assaulting a female employee during the #metoo timeframe. He wasn’t just exonerated; his accuser admitted the story was fabricated. The police apologized for the damage they did to him.
If you understand the work he was doing, you understand why it was important for him and people like him to be taken out of play in American politics. Key in on the words Progressive and effective.
Trevor Fitzgibbon’s company, livelihood, friendships, business, contacts, reputation, and the ability to function in society was stripped from him in a trial by Tweets.
His accuser has since been forced to issue an apology to him and his family by the courts. I’ll be revisiting his story in detail later.

Weisburd’s rubbing shoulders with Kornbluh is easy to understand since he’s the origin of the Russian influence fabrication. You can’t have influence without Russian influencers. When Propornot introduced the world to “fake news,” they copied and pasted lists from Weisburd and Joel Harding. This screenshot shows Weisburd discussing it with propornot member Ratcliff. Propornot was never meant to do more than open up a new era of censoring news and destroying the lives of people in the west that were effective countering the Information Operation initiated by Harding.

Weisburd, who works out of his Carbondale, Illinois home, describes his organization as a “global non-governmental ad-hoc intelligence network” which he’s modeled after al Qaeda’s network.”

Weisburd went from being a danger to national security to training the FBI, Homeland Security, and other ODNI agencies through the use of great networking skills. And now he terrorizes national security from the inside.
Under the new FBI construct, he and people like him are the experts that developed today’s ODNI managers and heads.
After 9–11, when the FBI was still the premier law investigation unit world-wide, they had this to say about him. “Weisburd said an analyst from a federal agency recently wrote him a scathing letter calling him a “grave threat to national security” because his work was interfering with its investigations.-Washington Post
Afterward, Weisburd and people like him networked their way into becoming agency trainers and the new FBI warns: Just don’t get caught!
Leo Taddeo, a former special agent in charge of the Cybersecurity Division at the FBI’s New York City office, said that it’s sometimes necessary to leverage some form of legitimate credentials to get past forum gatekeepers. Exactly how far a researcher can go to do so is likely to be a continuing debate.
“There are little pieces of identity that may be necessary to establish bona fides, so researchers are constantly trying to find the right mix of true and not true and fabricated credentials in order to gain entry into some of these forums, and creating a completely fabricated identity is really not easy,” Taddeo said. “It’s not easy to backstop it, it’s not easy to create a legend and it’s also not easy to fool some of these criminal groups because they have ways of checking to see you are who you say you are.”
Who is behind propornot and why are they important?

Forcing closure of platforms with progressive dissenting voices caused progressives to close ranks inside the DNC narratives that shortly emerged.
Before Donald Trump was inaugurated the BBG was taken out of the hands of the presidency. The president no longer appointed the governors, only the chairman. This left many of the Obama IO team in place. It left Propornot untouched. Much of the Obama State Department IO media machine is still in place to damage the presidency from the inside by pushing narrative stories into big media.

This is not an example of what could be. It is a tool used to find influencers and kill legitimate news that influences target audiences against the political program they are overlaying the US into.
The majority use has been on progressive Democrats voicing opinions against support in Ukraine, Syria, Clinton, Biden, Kerry, and of course, Obama. The secondary use has been against Trump supporters. This changed after the 2016 election to destroy the nascent presidency across media.
According to an article in the Canary;“In a 2015 paper, ‘Target Audience Analysis’, Tatham intriguingly stated [pdf]: the TAA programme will be delivered by the UK company SCL, who have spent over $40 million and 25 years, developing this group behaviour prediction tool.
It would be wrong to see this scandal as merely about alleged overspends to help secure a pro-Brexit vote. Or about the use of millions of Facebook users [paywall] to win elections in the US. AT THE heart of TAA is the ability to empirically diagnose the exact groupings that exist within target populations. Knowing these groupings allows them to be ranked and the ranking depends upon the degree of influence they may have in either promoting or mitigating constructive behaviour. The methodology involves the comprehensive study of a social group of people. It examines this group of people across a host of psycho-social research parameters, and it does so in order to determine how best to change that group’s behaviour.
Crucially, it goes much further than opinion polling, which can only examine attitudes. TAA is the decision-maker’s tool, which will explain and forecast behaviour — and make scientifically justifiable recommendations to implement programmes to change problematic behaviours.
Controlling Social Media
“I was in a discussion today about information being used in social media as a possible weapon. The people I was talking with have a tool which scrapes social media sites, gauges their sentiment and gives the user the opportunity to automatically generate a persuasive response. Their tool is called a “Social Networking Influence Engine”. No, not related to the SMISC BAA from a few years ago. Better. ..Can this be categorized as a munition? I looked through and it does not seem to apply. The implications seem to be profound for the information environment.
The implications may have far-reaching impact beyond the Department of Defense. The people who own this tool are in the civilian world and don’t even remotely touch the defense sector, so getting approval from the US Department of State might not even occur to them. If this does require ITAR approval, the corporate world that deals with information and influence will definitely be affected. ..So; my question is, who at the US Department of State must I coordinate with to get a ruling if this “Social Networking Influence Engine” must receive ITAR approval? “- Joel Harding 2015
Starting in 2015 and still an ongoing part of the operation is the generation of opinions by throwing faked event or opinion stories into the mix. Using the TAA tool, just adding a twist into the stories is enough to radically change the public’s perceptions of events.
To gain traction for their narratives, the IO literally pushes over-the-top stories vilifying their own clients that are soon proven false. This sets the stage for he said-she said arguments (obfuscation) and minimizes real events. By flooding the media with exaggerated stories that are spread and later disproven it creates an atmosphere where no one is at fault. Or as in Ukraine and the US-Russia collusion story, the victims are prosecuted by the criminals.
In 2014, the crimes of Ukraine’s coup were handled this way. A second event on May 2, 2014, makes the point clear. Ukrainians supporting federalization killed 0 people. The official tally of 46 from the federalization rally and 2 Ukrainian nationalists doesn’t take into account two opposing witnesses (1 police and the other Right Sector) saying 100 bodies were removed from the basement before the official count. Or the Right Sector witness saying the 2 nationalists were killed by Right Sector, one was his brother. Or that there were more than 200 missing from Odessa after the event wasn’t even in the building or part of the rally.
Deplatforming
Deplatforming companies are the new cottage industry inside the IO. They contract with funders and supporters to destroy the part of their network base countering the narratives. Social media handles for influencers are put into lists for deplatforming on an adhoc basis. I’ll discuss in detail in the forthcoming Social Media involvement article.
These are sent to social media companies as foreign (Russian trolls) and banned. Or the names are sent by email every day to over 100,000 volunteers who receive a to-do list of people to harass creating reasons for de-platforming.
Milestone February 23rd, 2015 Harding tweeted the creation of the i-army. The next day it was announced to the world. “This effort is geared to contain what they call Russian propaganda in the west.”In late January, Ukraine’s Minister of Information Policy, Yuriy Stets, promised to create an “information-army” to fight Russian propaganda…” With this, the concept of the troll army was born. Right out of the gate, Ukraine was bragging the Ukrainian I-Army numbered over 40,000 volunteer trolls, hackers, commenters, and propagandists. According to the Ukrainian Information Ministry- The first assignment is to “Invite your best and closest friends to the website of the Ukrainian Information Forces, where they can join the army by subscribing to a mailing list of daily assignments. This is very important, considering our information struggle against the foreign aggressor.”
Ukrainian Cyber Troops/Army: This hacker group, which was founded by Eugene Dukokin, a former cybersecurity consultant and programmer (Maheshwari, 2015), targets pro-Russian separatists and Russian troops in Ukraine. They report accounts of pro-Russian officials to various banking and payment websites or social media in order to get the accounts closed. These actions are legal and do not require them to hack any systems (Kerkkänen and Kuronen, 2016) Cyber and Information warfare in the Ukrainian conflict
Articles are removed from Social Media this way. Large groups of people complain and give the appearance of separate organic complaints. Websites are closed the same way. Hackers find websites through the work of these people.
The Ukraine IO became the American IO during the middle of the election cycle and never slowed down. The sentiments of Propornot above openly show the groups attacking the Donbass republics of LNR and DNR and Russia, now equate the presidency of Donald Trump in the same category.
This isn’t a first amendment issue. Groups of people working for a political group or contractor engaged in this level of harassment is construed under law as committing continuing acts of terrorism.
If a group causes people to question the validity of election results or the system itself and is done on behalf of a foreign government by private groups, it is terrorism.
What Ukraine wants in return
Post-2014 Maidan Ukraine wants to become the hub of Information Operations for the west. This same group is working in the Middle East, and the far-East. That’s not too much to ask after showing what it contributed to all the turmoil between 2014 and the present day.
The Ukrainian’s aspiration, pushed by powerful Diaspora lobbies in the US, isn’t unwarranted or without precedent. According to Balaban, the portal actively cooperates with the law enforcement agencies and Ukraine’s Security Service. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also intends to use these materials during public debates in the United Nations as evidence of the Russian aggression and presence of the Russian Army on Ukrainian territory. Site traffic analysis shows that InformNapalm is actively followed by foreign diplomatic agencies as well as European and American national security agencies, said Balaban.

The ongoing trial at the Hague regarding the MH-17 shootdown in Ukraine shows exactly how much influence is being thrown against Trump’s presidency in the US. As things stand, MH-17 victim’s families have no hope in hell of ever seeing justice for the deaths of their loved ones.

The trial in absentia blaming Russia based on crafted fabrications and shifted timelines means the families of the victims are being victimized a second time because no impartial investigation was ever done.
Once it’s proven beyond a shadow that the chief suppliers of evidence for the MH17 investigation are Information Operations team members, is anything they present or have to say relevant or evidence?

According to the Guardian, it was InformNapalm’s Anton Pavlushko that developed Bellingcat’s information. They put Russia on trial and the evidence seems to be faked Facebook posts from Information Operatives?

Higgins' fame is a result of being what Ukrainian Information Policy Advisor to the Minister Dmitry Zolotukhin called his western counterpart. Ukraine also provides IO fabrications to Bellingcat on Syria through InformNapalm’s Syria unit, ikhtamnet_m0209. Another area of operation is Taiwan which is why so many Ukrainian nationalists are over there.
How and why this is the backbone of the Coup in America
Starting in 2014, the IO planners designed the strategic level rollout to work like a balanced equation. Originally, there was no election competition for Hillary Clinton. The planners concentrated on identifying, minimizing, and removing progressive and centrists from positions in media and social media that spoke against the DNC party shift to an aggressive Cold War position.
The only real enemies the planners saw were inside the Democratic Party. After a Clinton win, these were the identified deplorable voices she was going to do away with inside the party.
On one side of the equation, the planners started getting Russia sanctioned (so they must be evil) and faked stories and forged evidence against Russia and both Donbass republics (again evil). Ukraine felt encouraged to commit atrocities because IO strategic communicators would again pin it on the victims of Ukraine’s attacks.
The litany of debunked nonsense and criminal accusations thrown at Russia include all the hacking stories of the last six years. All of them fell apart.
By manufacturing Russia as the perfect unyielding and relentless monster in every area of the spectrum, any Democratic Party member caught supporting any position the Democratic Party didn’t favor was labeled as serving the monster. A traitor. A liar. An idiot.
This was the part of the IO designed to tear into the American psyche. The original list of people and the locations and demographics including places of work and family members was put together before Donald Trump decided to run for president.
In 2015, by adding Weisburd’s name to the roster guaranteed agencies across the ODNI were going to be on board with everything the Obama administration IO was going to do. He was a trainer of choice for the agencies over the last 15 years for the FBI, Homeland Security, and so on.
Once this baseline was established tearing up the reputations and revenue of progressive news sites, and influencers was easy. People were targeted at the workplace. Imagine being fired because you read and share a particular website or hold a political view. It happened. It’s happening. It’s Weisburd’s method of operation.

The question of why decorated generals would openly castigate the Commander-in-chief of the US armed forces is not difficult to answer. The next question is; do famous generals get a pass on promoting sedition and rebellion in the US?
The answer is no.

Mattis tried to sell his girlfriends fake technology to the DoD for use in Afghanistan on US military personnel. According to the Washington Post in December 2015 that he, “had quickly seen tremendous potential in the technologies Theranos develops, and I have the greatest respect for the company’s mission and integrity.”
Petraeus retired from the Army in July 2011 swiftly accepting an appointment as the Director of the CIA. He was sworn into office by Vice President Joe Biden on 6 September 2011 with his wife of 37 years, Holly Petraeus, by his side. During his 14 months as the CIA Director, Petraeus became the subject of an FBI criminal investigation.
What Mattis and Petraeus accomplished using what the public knows about their service records amounts to inciting insurrection.
There is no level of carpet-bagging lower than peddling your past service to justify your right to commit crimes against the nation you swore to protect.
While the media side of the IO plays it up and erodes support for a Constitutional government, the SOFREP article closes with this warning about trusting bought and paid for national military leaders who are trying to sell the general public on overturning their government.

Sadly for the victim’s families, the trial will never be about justice for them. If it were, the investigation would have been completed in a normal painstaking manner. The planning and organizing as well as funding infrastructure needed to do this was put in place in late 2013 during the buildup of the Ukrainian coup. The first step was giving the impression of an organic protest against police brutality which they did at the very beginning of the EuroMaidan.
This was orchestrated by the strategic use of Pravy Sektor (Right Sector) ultra-nationalists attacking Special Police from inside a small real organic student protest. The response by the police was predictable when bricks are thrown at them.
Because the attack came from inside the small student protest, the students were beaten by police.
The US mirror event was the murder of George Floyd. That murder was the event that sparked a real organic protest. After that moment, the justified protests were co-opted the same way the Ukrainian student protest was. The article following this one will show all that detail.

Tactical Methodology and resources of the US insurrection
What seems to be the impossible part of this is to fake an organic movement that looks natural. To do this, the outward (public- organic looking) facing side of this effort has to employ the exact same methodologies and use the same information all the time. Otherwise just to keep every group on the same page is impossible. Information resources have to come from the same source material which has been covered already.

Politically, a very charged nationalism needed to be built on the concept of victimization of the nation creating a common enemy that all groups could be united by. Using the resources shown above, Russia was made to be the ultimate monster trying to devour America and American values. Anyone the IO tagged to Russia or Russian influence became the enemy within.
This nationalism was overlaid onto the Democratic Party.
For this methodology to work, the planning side built a single victimization umbrella to bring in coalitions from across the spectrum to get the bodies needed to make it work. This started with the 2017 inauguration protests and the Women’s march.
After that was done, everything and every one the IO planners tied to the monster became the enemy of America. Progressives were first. Donald Trump became the poster boy. The savior of the American people was the existing Democratic Party establishment.
The organizers and funders of the combined groups were predeveloped long before the IO rolled out.
Going back to early 2014 and kicking off the insurrection, the diversity of victimized nationalist groups in Alexandra and Andrea Chalupa’s Digital Maidan set the template in place to begin the insurrection.
The tactic used to open the war against progressives and later Donald Trump’s administration was originally rolled out to promote and coordinate the inaugural DigitalMaidan and was used by 3,667 Twitter accounts in 16,638 posts, reaching almost 3.7 million Twitter users.
It became the most effective social media regime change tool in history with over a million likes and their content has been shared over 230,000 times. Within two weeks, more than 13 million tweets were registered.
Because of the direct relationship the Chalupa’s had to the BBG through Harding and the Atlantic Council, the effort was placed directly into mainstream media right away which multiplied its effectiveness and gave it the look of worldwide organic demand for change in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Diaspora spent 75 years after losing WWII gaining political foreign policy dominance in 46 countries along with their Axis partner Diasporas. They had no trouble getting foreign ministries across the world to support their effort.

The first step is to be able to communicate orders and projects to 100,000s of people effectively. For the 2014 Coup in Ukraine 1st evolution, Twitter was the communication tool of choice. It made gathering people at a single location easy. But communication and logistics were difficult.

Some are hackers who attack specific websites to make it too costly for owners to continue.

As many of you are aware the Swiss have a ‘home guard’, where all citizens are trained, armed and sent home packing their own individual weapon. Each has the responsibility to secure their weapon, practice periodically and are subject to recall to defend their country. The concept of volunteerism became the weapon of choice for the IO in Ukraine and is now playing out in the US. The problem with email is it is still searchable by law enforcement or hackers.
The media for protests and riots has to back up that they are totally organic and the will of the people.
Antifa isn’t organized. Antifa has no leaders. Antifa has no donors. And yet, across the US, Antifa is acting in synchronized fashion. Pallets of bricks appeared on que. Every NON-member of Antifa knew just where to go and what time to be there.
The lessons learned in Ukraine included not using publicly searchable social media to communicate. For the 2014 Coup in Ukraine 1st evolution, Twitter was the communication tool of choice. Because of this Ukrainian nationalists were implicated in crimes as well as exposing the fact they weren’t organic because their organizational structure became clear.
In the US, if you are planning an organic looking coup, your organizational structure, supervising and events organizing projects, logistics, and payroll have to remain invisible to keep the headlines in your favor.
This time around all communication is to be done on secure communication apps like Wickr and Telegram. Get a message. Delete a message. Divide the workload to groups. Divide groups into specific projects like getting specific journalists deplatformed as an example.

Because of what happened in Ukraine, I saw this coming to the US and did something about it. The leaders of the volunteer groups receive handsome deferred payments. In the next article on the antifa protests, it will be laid plain.
Starting in Ukraine while planning the coup the concept of volunteerism was launched to keep the coup groups safe and give them immunity.
Switching gears- Russia to Trump
If you look at the date below you’ll notice the Chalupa sisters switched the entire machine above from Ukraine-Russia to Russia-Trump before the 2016 election. The reason why isn’t that difficult to understand if you read the linked 2016 election articles in the Diaspora section.

The memo contains plans for defeating Trump through impeachment, expanding Media Matters’ mission to combat “government misinformation,” ensuring Democratic control of the Senate in the 2018 midterm elections, filing lawsuits against the Trump administration, monetizing political advocacy, using a “digital attacker” to delegitimize Trump’s presidency and damage Republicans, and partnering with Facebook to combat “fake news.”
Scrolling back to the timeline at the top starting in October 2016, you’ll see the components of IOTA Global’s IO operation and the Diasporas work to start sedition work against Donald Trump. George Soros funding and planning of the protests. How the hacking saga, ODNI report, Propornot, and fake news, Russia –Trump collusion from the FBI and Mueller, planning the 2017 inauguration protests, calls for Trump’s impeachment, the so-called Muslim ban protests, and the Women’s protest all happened in a very short period of time directly before and after the election.
Of course, this was to make it anything but pleasant for Donald Trump. But that had very little to do with the real goals.
All of this was done to purposefully shock the psyche of progressives and centrists who didn’t support Hillary and get them in line. They couldn’t get in line behind Hillary but they could be made to support the vilification of Trump. The other side of this was to make Trump supporters start to second guess their vote.

Vigorous debate and disagreement is of course to be encouraged — but media organizations that practice conscious deception should be excluded from the community . The first progressive and centrist websites hit and hurt were Global Research and Washingtonsblog. Both sites topped Harding’s list because of the influence they had with progressives. Both sites are/were partner sites with Zerohedge.
Washingtonsblog was targeted after I unmasked Propornot. This site was inside the InterpreterMag ->Atlantic Council->BBG-> and Harding connections were clearly made.
The cost of publishing the identity of the Propornot platform for Washingtonsblog was everything. He knew months before the article was published that was a possibility. The article sat for 2 months before publication while we discussed ramifications and other not as brave sites wasted time considering lawsuits against Propornot they had no intention of filing. The courage “Washington” displayed even after his platform was hacked by this group for other articles of mine never wavered.
IO members that are Google censors had Google deplatform it from ads, and started delisting articles in search. This is going on across the board today.
Google censors inside the Information Operation against Donald Trump and progressives
2015 marked the year purging analysis and news as part of the Clinton-DNC war on progressives.
First Run News became a clearinghouse for Google censors as IO personnel literally have the reigns.
Here are just a few obvious ones.
According to First Draft’s Statement of Independence- First Draft is a non-partisan organization. It has no political affiliation, and does not accept funding from governments or political parties.
The problem is when your founders and partners are already funded and don’t want your money. The Digital Forensic Lab like Bellingcat is under contract with the originators of the coup in Ukraine and the US. They want to control the information. It is always, only, about the information.
Social media censoring
At Twitter, social media censoring is being carried by the Atlantic Council which includes the IO names above. The Atlantic Council is under contract with groups organizing the US protests and riots against Donald Trump.
Private companies were formed that specialize in finding fake accounts. In reality, people are hired to troll accounts their employers want to be suspended and they report them.

Once again, Harding’s Ukrainian IO units at the Atlantic Council are censoring social media. This post from May 2020 shows they are combing through private timelines to do so.
